Role:
●Develop a territory plan to effectively target prospect accounts in the Small and
Mid-Market Retail industry
●Work with current customers to assure they are getting maximum value out of the
solution by understanding their strategic growth plans, technology strategy, and their
industry market dynamics
●Engage resources from our business development and business consultants
●Employ a consultative selling approach to achieve quantifiable results
●Advance and close sales opportunities through the successful execution of the sales
campaigns
●Manage face to face meetings during all phases of the sales cycle
●Understand and present the Logility Value proposition to current and future clients
●Understand the buying needs of Retailers in the USA within Operations and Customer
Experience departments.
Requirements:
●Experience building a revenue stream from scratch in a startup environment
●Have sold SaaS platforms related to Customer Experience/Management/Engagement/Support
●Strong connections in the retail industry within Operations and Customer Experience
departments
