Field Service Engineer
Due to continued expansion my client who is a leading global developer and manufacturer of retail and banking equipment has multiple vacancies for a Field Service Engineer.
- Contract Duration: 3 months minimum
- Salary: £126.80 per day via umbrella

This role will require the engineer to go to each customer site and fix the problems that they are having with either their POS, SCO, IT Equipment etc and/or general servicing.Main responsibilities :
- Installation, commissioning, service and maintenance of the full product range
- Develop and maintain excellent customer relationships through good communications and support.
- Ensuring that records are maintained for service work, parts used, field reports, etc.
- On-site training of customers in the correct use of products
- Telephone support, including on call remote support during out of hours for the range of products, to customers
- Any other ad hoc duties as required
Required Skills:
- Full driving licence
- Minimum of 1 years retail and break fix experience (SCO, POS, Pin Pads, Scanners, Tills, printers, back office IT equipment)
