RESPONSIBILITIES
– Plan, design and manage the infrastructure and technologies within that can support corporate and datacentre environments at an enterprise level
– Ensure that hardware and software systems remain patched and up to date
– Take part in IT strategic planning activities that reflect the future vision of the organisation
– Collaborating with the team to implement and manage cloud AWS and Azure based systems
– Assist IT Service Desk with any Microsoft 365 enquiries
– Create and document proper installation and configuration procedures
– Manage and lead projects to which you have been assigned
– Provide out of hours support as part of the On call rota

– Cloud AWS and Azure knowledge
– Network knowledge
– Good knowledge and experience of Microsoft 365
– Experience of managing Azure or AWS environments
– Project management
– Strong documentation skills
– LAN knowledge
– Server and SAN build and configuration
