Given Rekall has over 24 months of history and has some great clients to talk about, there is a real tangible
message to take to market. Your role will be to create a sellable story based on our success in 2021/22 and
educate CROs, CEO, and VP leadership teams on how we can add value to their organisation as it plans to
grow in 2023

Duties:
● Technical OR Sales Recruiter responsible for hiring top tier IT talent that matches business and
client needs
● Love the hustle, cold calling, influencing people for outcomes you desire
• Be skilled in high volume, full life cycle recruiting for a broad scope of positions across the tech
industry
• Be very proactive in your outbound activity, this is not a CV Library kind of role!
• Regularly hire for 15+ different job requisitions and be proficient in balancing and understanding
changing business needs and requirements
• Source qualified leads through provided online tools, databases, and search engines for open
requisitions
• Facilitate phone screenings, scheduled interviews, and negotiate offers for qualified professionals
• Support candidates from the submission stage to the interview process to close the candidate and
assist with a smooth onboarding where appropriate
• Cultivate relationships with clients & candidates to build a pipeline of qualified jobs / candidates for
future positions
• Ensure consistent communication with candidates, colleagues, branch managers and business
development managers regarding recruiting efforts
