- You will serve as a critical point-of-contact between Continuity and its customers.
- Using both technical and business perspectives helps customers maximize the value from AvailabilityGuard™ and identify growth opportunities.
- Work closely with different teams in the company- sales, customer success, support, product, and R&D.
- Define, collect, and communicate customer’s business requirements, while interacting with customers and internal stakeholders as part of the product team
- Assist with pre sales activities, such as technical presentations to prospect customers, and delivery of technical and applicable product content
- Take part in actgive sales prospecting in whitespace accounts.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles with large local and international enterprise companies (financial services, telecom, energy, gov, etc.).
- 5+ years of data center and application architectures (A/A, A/P, LB, HA, DR, Web App, DB) experience – A MUST.
- The ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with technical and business internal and external counterparts.
