As we continue our rapid growth, we’re looking for an Account Executive who will take ownership of a segment of our enterprise territories. Partnering with our Sales team, you’ll craft your own pipeline and join forces with our adept Sales Engineers to secure deals that range from five to seven figures.

You possess a keen ability to listen to and engage with engineers — our primary buyers — and to gracefully navigate technical dialogues and decision-making. Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify and nurture leads into high-impact opportunities.
- Relationship Building: Strengthen relationships with buyers, understanding their needs to simplify the deal process.
- Negotiations and Procurement: Lead negotiations and manage procurement activities.
- CRM Management: Update CRM with customer information, forecasts, and pipeline data.
- Revenue Goals: Develop plans to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Technical Engagement: Engage with technical stakeholders to identify opportunities for enhancing their engineering initiatives.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales engineers, executive team, and major account tiers.
- Innovation Advocacy: Partner with Engineering to introduce innovative features.
Collaboration
- Sales Engineers: Collaborate with engineers for technical expertise.
- Sales Team: Interact with fellow Account Executives and the SDR team.
- Leadership Collaboration: Partner with sales leads, VP of Sales, CEO, and CTO.
- Cross-Functional Work: Engage with Marketing and Engineering departments.

Qualifications:
- Quota Achievement: Proven experience in meeting $1M+ ARR annually.
- Sales Experience: 5-8 years, preferably in developer tools, cloud infrastructure, databases, or business intelligence.
- Solution-Oriented Sales: Skilled in managing complex sales processes.
- Presentation Skills: Strong ability in presenting and listening.
- Organisational Skills: Proficiency in contact management and organization.
- Technical Conversations: Ability to understand technical details and converse with stakeholders at all levels.
