THE CHALLENGE

Nuaware have always had a challenge to find the right people to sell a very complicated product in the Cloud Native arena, a lot of which is a new concept. This coupled with the fact Nuaware were acquired by Exclusive Networks, with the aim of dominating the DevOps Consultancy space globally, taking the company from 6 people to that of a company with staff on every continent. One of the key challenges was around culture, scaling a business this quickly, cross continentally whilst protecting the culture of the Nuware team.
